Perfect resume is made up of info what the prospective employers are most interested in knowing about youself. The CV document conveys this information in few essential elements.

You need to gather information about yourself and your past academics as first step in preparing your resume. Over the period of time, you need to refine this info, rewrite it using refined language, and organize it into an attractive layout. Below is a list of common elements that are found in most resumes—some are essential, some are optional.

• Objective and/or Keyword Section

• Work Experience

The Ideal Cover Letter

Cover Letter of Resume

Once your resume has been assembled, laid out, and printed to your satisfaction, the next and final step before distribution is to write your cover letter.

Like your resume, your cover letter should be clean, neat, and direct.

A cover letter usually includes the following information:

1. Your name and address   and your phone number(s)

2. The date.

3. The name and address of the person and company to whom you are sending your resume.

4. The salutation (“Dear Mr.” or “Dear Ms.” followed by the person’s last name, or “To Whom It May Concern” if you are answering a blind ad).
